My buddy Angela and I took a class at a local bead shop. It was my first time looming a bracelet. That’s what those yard stick looking things are. Here’s the final product:

I used multicolored faceted glass rondelles. Total cost of bracelet was about $30 and although the class cost $25, I still came out ahead as this bracelet was listed in favorite swanky jewelry catalog for $170.
Work has been absolutely nuts-o lately which is why I haven’t been able to write as much. I get home and am completely wiped out. So it was super nice to get out and do something new and creative with a good friend!
