A new sock odyssey begins…this time I hope to have a picture of a complete pair to post before two years pass! Good progress so far. This is a pattern from the Sock Club book I received for xmas last year. Socks seem to be the perfect in-between-nap-times project.
It’s hard to believe that my maternity leave is pretty much over. I go back to work full time next week. Making the transition from full time mommy to full time professional who parents in her free time is weighing heavily on my heart and mind. Lots of tears. I hope that Olive understands someday that if I had a choice I would spend every moment with her, I don’t want to miss a single thing but unfortunately, financial obligations trump best wishes, Little Love.
